GHEMS completed the revegetation and landscaping works for the Yanchep Rail Extension, completing corridor works between Butler and Yanchep stations. . The project is currently in the maintenance phase, with GHEMS undertaking extensive weed spraying, infill planting and landscape/revegetation maintenance.

Initial works included-

• Install of 530,000 tubestock

• Supply and direct seeding of 100kg of native seed

• 7,600 Trees

• Hydroseeding

 

Maintenance will carry on for 3 years and consist of - 

• Infill planting of over 150,000 tubestock

• Weed control of entire project area

• Supply of Safe Working Supervisor for rail works.
