Albany Ring Road

In 2022 GHEMS began revegetation and landscaping works for the Albany Ring Road, a major infrastructure project in the state's Pipeline of Work.​

We have worked with Form Nursery to source tubestock locally, with provenance from the Albany region.

​

Initial works included:

• Supply and install of around 94,000 tubestock

• Supply and direct seeding of 55kg of native seed

• Harrowing over seeded areas to ensure soil structure promotes germination

• Initial weed control

 

Maintenance works will consist of:

• Infill planting

• Ongoing weed control

• Install of additional new species in 2023
