Outcomes

Relevant Components
Using our experience in the revegetation industry advice was provided to the client to increase the efficiency and outcomes of the rehabilitation works. This advice was incorporated by the client and included alterations to species selection and mulching specifications.
The project required a large amount of strategic planning due to the close proximity of workers to the railway line and required specialised ongoing OHS obligations including traffic management and railway safety.
The project's size and logistics required timely and efficient project management, planning and scheduling.
GHEMS for the greater part of its contracted responsibilities supplied its own materials and conducted its own materials and conducted its own works with limited subcontracting.
